How returns work
You have 14 days from receipt of the package to request a return. Products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
Write to info@macrebag.it with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund
Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used.
Products excluded from returns
Digital products (paid tutorials) are non-refundable once downloaded or viewed.
Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 14 days from delivery to decide at your leisure.
If you're not convinced by something, you can easily return it.

- unused
- in original condition
- with intact packaging

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

❌ When returns are not possible
We cannot accept returns for products that are:
- Already used
- Opened or damaged
- Modified

Our yarns are designed for handmade creations.
Small differences in:
- Color
- Texture
- Final appearance
are normal and do not constitute a defect.
