Where is my order?
Your order takes 2-3 business days to process and deliver. You'll receive an order confirmation email, a fulfillment email from our warehouse, and a tracking email.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by emailing us at info@macrebag.it. Please note that orders can take 2-3 business days to process. We recommend that you do not contact us before the end of this period.
What happens if I'm out when my order is delivered?
The courier will leave a note informing you that they will attempt to deliver your package the next business day. You can contact info@macrebag.it for more information.
I can't process or pay for my order, what can I do?
We're sorry you're having trouble processing your order, but we're here to help! Please email us (info@macrebag.it) and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
If you need to change your order, please email us with your order number at ordini@macrebag.it and let us know what changes you'd like to make. We'll check your order status and confirm if it's possible to change it.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Please email us at ordini@gmail.com with your order number and new delivery address, and we'll try to adjust it if possible.
Can I add or remove products from my order?
Please email us at ordini@gmail.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. We'll try to accommodate them if possible.
When can I use my welcome discount?
By subscribing to our newsletter, you'll receive a 10% discount on your first order. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to Italy, Spain, France, and Germany.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are €6 for Italy and the islands. Shipping is free for orders totaling €69 or more. International express shipping costs €12.90.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs within Italy are €6 with digital payment and €10 with cash on delivery. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
For international shipments, the processing time is 4/5 working days.
How can I return a product?
Macrè accepts returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise purchased on our website within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. To return any of our products, please email ordini@macrebag.it and follow the instructions. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Can I get a refund?
Once we receive your order, we'll inspect it to ensure it's in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Once the return is approved, we'll refund your order (minus shipping costs) using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
The refund will be processed within 10 business days. If you believe the product is not compliant upon delivery, you must promptly contact us by email (ordini@macrebag.it) with details of the product and the damage. Once we have investigated the matter, we will respond by email within a reasonable timeframe to inform you whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the damaged product.
