My story
Hi! My name is Martina, and with the help of my mother, I share our passion: crocheting bags. I, a marketing and communications expert, and my mother, with over 50 years of crochet experience, combine. We combine digital and traditional techniques to create something unique.
We offer yarns and accessories for making high-quality, sustainable, and Made in Italy crochet bags. With our products and a little creativity, you can create personalized, high-quality bags.
Our mission? To pass on this passion to the next generation. My mother's knowledge has been passed down to me through time and dedication, but with you, I want to make this learning process quick and easy, but never alone, always with our help.

We are located in Pontedera, a small town in the province of Pisa. It is here that Macrè comes to life, we design, plan and create our projects. We choose the best yarns for your creations.

Martina senses that traditional haberdashery shops are exhausting their potential and currently, to be competitive, new eCommerce business models must be accepted.
